Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bike or ski mechanics preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including transferring 40 pounds
- technical proficiency in bike and snow sports equipment assembly and repair
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- commitment to safety and loss prevention protocols

Job Duties
- Assess customer needs and aid in transactions
- engage in sales and service training and promote goods and services
- maintain equipment and ensure a clean, secure, and safe work environment
- produce quality work that meets and exceeds industry standards
- report quality and safety issues to shop managers
- follow loss prevention and safety procedures
- ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- perform additional duties as assigned
