Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • experience with POS systems and operational reporting
  • strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • experience with POS systems and operational reporting

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-casual setting
  • coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline team members
  • manage staffing plans, shift scheduling, and labor efficiency
  • maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • oversee service flow to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • monitor POS systems, sales performance, and operational reporting
  • foster a culture of guest-first hospitality aligned with Japanese omotenashi
  • drive continuous improvement and team engagement
