Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state/local regulations
- availability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week
- willingness to work flexible and changing schedules including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- completion of standard background and motor vehicle record checks
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 shifts as a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros
- no disciplinary action in the past 90 days
- desire to become a Dutch Bros Operator
- ability to complete and maintain mandatory certificates and trainings
- valid driver’s license with ability to drive when necessary
- pass standard background check and motor vehicle record check
Job Duties
- Support the team and uphold Dutch Bros values of speed, quality, and service
- be a source of information and voice within management
- assist the Shop Manager in meeting operational needs
- manage inventory to ensure proper stock levels
- model and meet expectations of Broista and Shift Lead roles
- assist in developing the crew through flow checks and role modeling
- attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies
