Job Requirements
- Availability to work minimum 37 hours per week
- flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- valid driver's license and ability to drive when necessary
- completion of background checks and mandatory trainings
- maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- no disciplinary actions within the last 90 days
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 shifts performed as a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros
- no disciplinary action in past 90 days
- desire to become a Dutch Bros Operator
- ability to complete and maintain mandatory certifications and food handler permit
- valid driver's license
- ability to pass background check and maintain company policy adherence
Job Duties
- Model and meet all expectations of the Broista and Shift Lead roles
- manage inventory and ensure the shop maintains proper stock levels
- assist the Shop Manager with flow checks and crew development
- be a role model and good teammate
- attend mandatory meetings and adhere to all company policies
- provide necessary support to the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
- perform other duties as assigned
