Job Requirements
- Must have performed a minimum of 10 shifts as a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros
- no disciplinary action for the past 90 days
- desire to become a Dutch Bros Operator
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- ability to complete and maintain mandatory certificates and training
- pass standard background check and MVR
- valid driver’s license
- availability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week
- flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 shifts worked as a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros
- no disciplinary action in the past 90 days
- desire to become a Dutch Bros Operator
- valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- ability to complete and maintain mandatory certificates and training
- passing of standard background check and MVR
- valid driver’s license
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- Model and meet all expectations of Broista and Shift Lead roles
- manage inventory to maintain proper shop stock levels
- assist the Shop Manager with flow checks and crew development
- be a good teammate and role model
- attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies
- provide a mind-blowing experience to every customer
- perform other duties as assigned
