Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Ability to work in high temperature environments with fast-paced machinery
  • Ability to work any day including holidays and any shift
  • Reliable attendance to meet 24/7 production facility standards
  • Must join union within 30 days of hire
  • Willingness to work Monday through Sunday on assigned shifts
  • Ability to perform manual labor including lifting and moving bakery items
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Flexibility to adjust to different job tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Previous experience in production line duties at a large commercial or artisan bakery preferred
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production-line environments may substitute
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks
  • Flexibility to work different jobs as needed
  • Adherence to company core values

Job Duties

  • Perform various assigned manual labor tasks including grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking items related to production processes
  • Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery products
  • Accurately record product analysis data or counts required by SQF Food Safety Procedures
  • Maintain workflow from production conveyors
  • Work safely at all times
  • Support and adhere to Franz Core Values
