Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Ability to work in high temperature environments with fast-paced machinery
- Ability to work any day including holidays and any shift
- Reliable attendance to meet 24/7 production facility standards
- Must join union within 30 days of hire
- Willingness to work Monday through Sunday on assigned shifts
- Ability to perform manual labor including lifting and moving bakery items
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Flexibility to adjust to different job tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Previous experience in production line duties at a large commercial or artisan bakery preferred
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production-line environments may substitute
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks
- Flexibility to work different jobs as needed

Job Duties
- Perform various assigned manual labor tasks including grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking items related to production processes
- Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery products
- Accurately record product analysis data or counts required by SQF Food Safety Procedures
- Maintain workflow from production conveyors
- Work safely at all times
- Support and adhere to Franz Core Values
