Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- forklift experience preferred
- ability to accurately read a tape measure
- ability to use various hand tools
- verbal skills to probe and ask questions to ensure understanding of requirements
- ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and outside parties
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands and arms effectively
- good vision including close, distance, color, and depth perception
- ability to talk and hear
- must wear safety glasses and steel toe boots
- no travel required

Job Duties
- Build wooden crates and skids, palletizing equipment for shipment
- assist with shop clean up, including emptying dumpsters with forklifts
- ability to run overhead cranes
- grinding
- load equipment for shipment
- unload raw material and freight loads
- assist shipping
- assist shop floor with various tasks
- may be asked to perform other duties as needed
- gather parts and materials for jobs
- maintain product flow throughout the production floor
- wash tanks, peel protective film off tanks
