Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Ability to work any day including holidays
- Flexible to work any shift (day, swing, graveyard)
- Reliable attendance to meet 24/7 production standards
- Ability to perform physical manual labor duties
- Experience in bakery production or similar preferred
- Must join union within 30 days of hire
- Commitment to safety and company values
- Ability to work in high temperature environment
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks

Job Duties
- Perform various manual labor tasks including grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking bakery items
- Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery products
- Accurately record product analysis data and counts according to SQF Food Safety Procedures
- Maintain workflow and continuity of production conveyors
- Work safely following all health and safety guidelines
- Support and uphold Franz Core Values
