Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to haul and operate 24-foot trailers safely
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to product handling and assembly
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties
- Deliver and pick up local products, ensuring safe and timely transportation
- Safely haul and maneuver trailers (CDL not required)
- Assemble industrial hoses according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage the supply chain of products, including receiving, stocking, and staging for delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales and profitability goals
- Document actions and maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and hose assembly processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition
- Perform any other assigned duties that contribute to the success of the operation
