Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- three to five years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- ability to follow defined policies, processes, and procedures
- excellent computer skills including data extraction and analysis
- proficient in Microsoft Office products
- experience with QAD, SAP, and Outlook preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- good communication skills
- willingness to actively participate in job duties
- ability to maintain good working relationships
Job Qualifications

- college degree preferred
- three to five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to follow defined policies, processes, and procedures
- excellent computer skills with experience in data extraction and analysis using information systems reporting tools such as Excel
- proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
- experience with QAD, SAP, and Outlook is a plus
- strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills
- good written and verbal communication skills
- hands-on approach and willingness to get involved to complete tasks
Job Duties
- perform shipping and receiving duties
- responsible for inbound/outbound deliveries
- inspect shipments for damages or defects and record discrepancies
- deliver items to requisitioning departments and obtain authorized signatures
- trace lost shipments and initiate proof of delivery documents
- maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records
- apply all GMPs and safety requirements including personal hygiene and housekeeping
- identify and correct problems or communicate issues to appropriate personnel
- develop and maintain good working relationships with warehouse group leaders and other managers, team members, and co-workers
- follow plant rules, policies, and company code of ethics
- ensure efficient return of unused raw materials to inventory
- work closely with agencies and drivers
- reserve freezer space for daily production according to guidelines and distribute production registers
- handle warehouse dumps procedure and reserve product for outbound shipments
- perform Warehouse Management System functions according to preset guidelines
