Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in applicable field
- five years related experience and/or training
- two years experience with international shipping requirements and regulations
- previous supervisory experience a plus
- strategic thinking
- strong communication skills
- accountable and results oriented
- ERP experience - SyteLine or similar program
- large scale manufacturing background
- export control/ITAR regulations experience

Job Duties
- Oversee and arrange all domestic and international shipping operations
- arrange and schedule transportation including LTL, full truckload, dedicated carriers, small parcel, ocean, and air freight
- coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers to secure competitive rates and reliable service
- plan and oversee container shipments including delivery scheduling, load planning, and coordination of container packing activities
- prepare and review all export and import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs requirements, and other trade compliance paperwork
- monitor shipment status, resolve delays or carrier issues, and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and customers
- maintain accurate shipping records, cost tracking, and carrier performance data
- drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, cost control, and process accuracy
