Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • ability to work accurately with numbers
  • good written and oral communication skills internally and externally
  • basic computer skills including e-mail, website navigation and Microsoft applications preferred
  • experience with SAP material control processes preferred but not required
  • ability to relate well to others and function as a member of the overall team
  • demonstrated ability to perform assigned activities consistently and efficiently
  • prefer a minimum of 2 years of forklift experience

Job Duties

  • Picking, packing and processing all machine shipments in an accurate and timely manner
  • maintain a strong relationship with both our internal and external customers and carriers
  • operates a forklift for loading and unloading distinct types of truck trailers on a daily basis
  • communicates status of work to supervisor and recommends improvements to procedures
  • ensure the work area is maintained in a neat and orderly condition
  • works safely, complies with safety rules, and promotes safe work practices
  • able to use power tools such as a cordless drill, table saw and various hand tools
