Job Requirements
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in inventory control, production planning, material planning, warehousing or similar field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and plan daily work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to comply with company rules and policies

Job Duties
- Process daily shipment data from supplier and manage the input into the IFS system
- Monitor and handle the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system output according to IFS process documentation
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide timelines for material delivery
- Utilize VPS concepts and procedures to increase efficiency and decrease costs
- Proactively contribute to the team with a collaborative approach
- Work under pressure while maintaining self-motivation
- Maintain good internal and external relationships through effective communication
- Plan and deliver against deadlines with attention to detail and excellence
- Handle multiple deadlines and emergency requests in a timely manner
- Comply with company rules and policies and perform other duties as assigned
