Job Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in inventory control, production planning, material planning, warehousing or similar field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize and plan daily work
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with company rules and policies

Job Duties

  • Process daily shipment data from supplier and manage the input into the IFS system
  • Monitor and handle the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system output according to IFS process documentation
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide timelines for material delivery
  • Utilize VPS concepts and procedures to increase efficiency and decrease costs
  • Proactively contribute to the team with a collaborative approach
  • Work under pressure while maintaining self-motivation
  • Maintain good internal and external relationships through effective communication
  • Plan and deliver against deadlines with attention to detail and excellence
  • Handle multiple deadlines and emergency requests in a timely manner
  • Comply with company rules and policies and perform other duties as assigned
