Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (45-55F) for entire shift
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Knowledge of product safety and food handling standards preferred
Job Qualifications

- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of product safety and food handling standards preferred
Job Duties
- Handle and move packaged goods safely and efficiently
- Build and ship sample and customer orders according to specifications
- Perform general cleaning and maintain a sanitary work environment
- Receive and ship products using proper handling techniques and computer entry systems
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
- Operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
- forklift experience is a plus
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents to management
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
