- Experience with shipping documentation and warehouse operations preferred
Job Duties
- Work directly with customers and carriers to determine the best method of transportation based on customer requirements
- Manage shipping documentation daily including order scheduling, printing labels, updating shipping logs, and scanning documents
- Properly sign in drivers and visitors using the sign-in sheet
- Complete all required paperwork and organize pertinent shipping documentation
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor, Leads, and carriers to schedule pick-ups using the Dock Schedule
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
- Support audit preparations and participate as requested by management
- Drive and operate forklift
- Maintain general housekeeping in warehouse
- Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by management
