Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills

Job Duties

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders
Accurately label and record received items in inventory systems
Prepare products, materials, and equipment for shipping, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to schedule pickups and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure all shipments comply with company quality standards and customer requirements
