Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be suitable for federal employment

Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise
- Knowledge and skills in shipfitting trade
- Experience in nuclear or non-nuclear structural work
- Ability to analyze trade requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to resolve employee issues and provide guidance
Job Duties
- Provide guidance and direction to shipfitter shop personnel
- Provide instruction for nuclear or non-nuclear work of Structural Group personnel in trade skills
- Prepare analysis of trade requirements through audits, surveillance, and incident reports
- Provide interpretations and problem resolution for shop employees
