Job Requirements

  • Hospitality Management degree preferred but not mandatory
  • relevant experience in leadership management, culinary arts, business administration or related field
  • advanced certifications or diplomas in culinary arts, food and beverage management or administration
  • minimum 7-10 years experience in culinary roles
  • at least 5-7 years in a senior management role
  • proven luxury yacht or cruise line operations experience is an advantage
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in English
  • familiarity with food and beverage operational systems
  • ability to uphold stringent service and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality Management degree preferred
  • advanced certifications or diplomas in culinary arts or food and beverage management
  • food safety certification
  • minimum 7-10 years of culinary experience
  • at least 5-7 years in senior management as an Executive Chef
  • proven experience in luxury yacht or cruise line operations preferred
  • exceptional leadership skills

  • operational excellence
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in English
  • familiarity with food and beverage operational systems
  • Michelin Star restaurant or hotel experience ideal

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor the culinary team to achieve exceptional food quality and service
  • oversee all food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, lounges, in-suite dining, stewarding, and crew dining
  • collaborate with General Manager and Food & Beverage Director to develop innovative culinary concepts
  • manage budgets and control costs for the culinary department
  • uphold the highest standards of service, hygiene, and safety
  • implement strategic operational decisions to enhance guest satisfaction
  • ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
