Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain industry
- Experience with export documentation preparation as per destination country requirements and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Coordinate operations for specific accounts
- Assist with document preparation and traffic coordination for export shipments
- Manage customer expectations using standard operating procedures and key performance indicators
- Handle foreign-to-foreign shipments and resolve overage, shortage, and damage issues
- Provide quotes and cost estimates to clients to facilitate vessel port calls
- Prepare commercial documents to support export operations
- Track shipments and keep clients informed
- Respond to customer orders, inquiries, and complaints professionally
- Maintain vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and company regulations
