Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain industry
  • Experience with export documentation preparation as per destination country requirements and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Coordinate operations for specific accounts
  • Assist with document preparation and traffic coordination for export shipments
  • Manage customer expectations using standard operating procedures and key performance indicators
  • Handle foreign-to-foreign shipments and resolve overage, shortage, and damage issues
  • Provide quotes and cost estimates to clients to facilitate vessel port calls
  • Prepare commercial documents to support export operations
  • Track shipments and keep clients informed
  • Respond to customer orders, inquiries, and complaints professionally
  • Maintain vendor invoices and purchase orders
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and company regulations
