Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work independently and as a team member
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- availability to work during peak holiday months
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee
- provide excellent customer service
- use the POS system for sales transactions
- maintain a clean work environment
- handle food
- regularly and consistently abide by time and attendance policies and all policies and procedures included within
- support the team during peak holiday months
- temporarily assist in Shinola retail store as needed
- complete the temporary assignment after the holiday season
