Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
- Prepares and packages food and drink products
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant including dining room, restroom, and exterior
- Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
- Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Checks food quality and temperature throughout the day to ensure food is fresh and safe to serve
- Strives for maximum efficiency to meet accuracy and speed of service standards
- Completely and accurately fills orders within the mandated service time
- Collects customer payment for food orders and accurately counts back change
- Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
- Ensures prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Maintains ServSafe certification if possible
