  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to handle cash and basic inventory management
  • willingness to take on leadership responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Lead the charge by energizing and motivating the crew each shift
  • be the face of Roy Rogers by interacting with guests and resolving problems on the spot
  • develop leadership skills by coaching team members and making key decisions
  • own the shift by ensuring quality food, clean restaurant, and a positive environment
  • manage inventory, handle cash, and assist with scheduling
  • maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
