Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct shift team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure quality preparation of beverages and food according to Starbucks standards
  • Manage store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance performance
  • Maintain store operating policies and standards
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to optimize team efficiency
  • Foster a welcoming and positive store environment
