Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation and cash handling with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience in delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

- Effective oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
- Handle cash transactions securely and accurately
- Delegate tasks and coordinate work among team members
- Provide coaching and support to partners for their professional growth
- Ensure store safety, security, and cleanliness at all times
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels effectively
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes customer satisfaction and team collaboration
