Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
- Ability to keep calm in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Open to learning new skills and beverage recipes
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment with at least one year of experience
- Six months experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating work of multiple employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to direct and motivate others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail environment and team collaboration
Job Duties
- Lead each shift and manage store operations
- Work alongside baristas to ensure quality customer service
- Coach and support team members
- Handle cash and ensure store safety
