Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Have minimum six months experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Have at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in delegating and coordinating tasks among team members
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to direct others

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members during shifts
  • Ensure quality standards in beverage and food preparation
  • Manage cash handling and store security procedures
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks among employees
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and store operating standards
  • Provide coaching and development support to partners
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff
