Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Have minimum six months experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Have at least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience in delegating and coordinating tasks among team members
- Strong oral communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to direct others
