Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of experience in customer service roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for multiple employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to direct the work of others
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store operations during assigned shifts
- maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- ensure quality preparation of beverages and food products
- handle cash management and uphold store safety and security standards
- coach and prepare team members to meet Starbucks standards
