- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- have six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- have six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
