Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, cash handling, store safety and security
  • Experience in a customer-facing role for at least six months
  • Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team activities for at least six months

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
  • Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Handle customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
  • Support partner development through coaching and feedback
