Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, cash handling, store safety and security
- Experience in a customer-facing role for at least six months
- Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team activities for at least six months

- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
- Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
- Support partner development through coaching and feedback
