Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operational policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Six months of customer interaction experience
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standards or customizations
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for multiple employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead store shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and maintain high standards
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure store safety and security compliance
- Delegate tasks effectively to coordinate and optimize team performance
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality with flexibility for varying shift hours
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for partners and customers
