Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operational policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
  • Six months of customer interaction experience
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standards or customizations
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for multiple employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead store shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and maintain high standards
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure store safety and security compliance
  • Delegate tasks effectively to coordinate and optimize team performance
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality with flexibility for varying shift hours
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for partners and customers
