Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including cash handling and safety
- Six months of constant customer interaction experience
- Prepare and coach standard and customized beverage and food recipes
- Six months experience in task delegation and coordination
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to direct work of others
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees for at least six months
- Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store shifts ensuring operational standards
- Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and products
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts during shifts
- Coach and prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes
- Handle cash management and maintain store safety and security
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
