Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
