Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
  • Six months of experience in a role with direct customer interaction
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations during shifts
  • Supervise, motivate, and support team members
  • Ensure quality control of beverages and food products
  • Manage cash handling and store safety procedures
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Train new employees and guide ongoing learning
