Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
comply with store operating policies including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety
minimum six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
experience preparing and coaching food and beverages to recipe standards
at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments
excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
ability to direct the work of others
effective oral communication skills
knowledge of retail environment
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work well within a team
ability to build relationships

Job Duties

Lead store operations during shifts
coach and mentor baristas
ensure quality customer service delivery
manage cash handling and store safety
maintain store cleanliness and organization
oversee product preparation according to standards
handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
