Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • comply with store operating policies including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety
  • minimum six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • experience preparing and coaching food and beverages to recipe standards
  • at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
  • ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments
  • excellent communication skills
