Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies including quality product preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
  • Six months experience interacting with and serving customers
  • Six months experience managing or coordinating team tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • At least six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Knowledge of retail work environment
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team members during shifts to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure adherence to store policies including quality control, safety, and cash handling
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of beverages and food items according to standard and customized recipes
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members and coordinate workflow
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers
  • Monitor store operations to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Support training and development of new and existing partners
