Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
  • meet store operating policies including quality standards, cash handling, and security
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to specific recipes and customization
  • six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • six months experience in supervisory or coordinative roles

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience interacting with customers
  • minimum six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
  • effective oral communication skills
  • strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • ability to build relationships
  • ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties

  • Lead the store operations during shifts
  • coach and prepare partners to meet quality food and beverage standards
  • ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • manage cash handling and store security
  • delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts
  • maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • address and resolve customer and team issues promptly
