Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience in a customer service role
- Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

- Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment
- Provide coaching and development to team members to uphold quality standards
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to store recipes or customer customizations
- Manage cash handling, store safety, and security protocols
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Delegate tasks and coordinate work among employees effectively
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards
