Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • Six months of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among multiple employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
  • Capability to build relationships with customers and team members

Job Duties

  • Lead the team during shifts to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment
  • Provide coaching and development to team members to uphold quality standards
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to store recipes or customer customizations
  • Manage cash handling, store safety, and security protocols
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate work among employees effectively
  • Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards
