Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality of products, cash handling, safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of customer service experience
  • six months of supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • lead and coach store team to deliver quality beverages and food products
  • maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • prepare and oversee preparation of food and beverages according to recipes or customer customizations
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
  • ensure a welcoming and positive customer experience
  • manage store safety and security procedures
  • support team development and foster a collaborative work environment
