Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Adhere to store policies including quality, cash handling, safety, and security
  • Experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • Experience in coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standards

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer service role
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt
  • Effective interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct store team members during shifts
  • Ensure high-quality preparation of food and beverages
  • Maintain compliance with store operating policies and standards
  • Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage shift operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers and team members
