Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation
- six months experience in customer-facing roles
- ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard and customized recipes
- six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for multiple employees

- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year

Job Duties
- lead each shift and guide the team to deliver quality customer service
- ensure the preparation of food and beverages according to Starbucks standards
- manage cash handling and store safety responsibilities

- uphold store operating policies and standards
- respond calmly and effectively in a fast-paced work setting
