Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food preparation, cash handling, store safety and security
  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating and coordinating tasks of two or more employees
