Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality of beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
  • prepare and coach on recipes including customization
  • delegate tasks and coordinate work of others
  • have at least six months of relevant customer service experience
  • have at least six months of experience leading or coordinating tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • six months of experience delegating and coordinating employee tasks
  • effective oral communication skills
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the team during shifts
  • coach partners in preparing food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
  • delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees
  • maintain store operating policies including cash handling and safety
  • ensure quality customer service and product standards
  • foster a welcoming environment for customers and team members
  • manage flexibility in scheduling shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
