Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality of beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
- prepare and coach on recipes including customization
- delegate tasks and coordinate work of others
- have at least six months of relevant customer service experience
- have at least six months of experience leading or coordinating tasks

- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- six months of experience delegating and coordinating employee tasks

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the team during shifts
- coach partners in preparing food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees
- maintain store operating policies including cash handling and safety
- ensure quality customer service and product standards
- foster a welcoming environment for customers and team members
- manage flexibility in scheduling shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
