Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Have at least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Experience preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
  • Ability to keep calm in a fast-paced and energetic work environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
  • Knowledge of retail or food service environments
  • Experience in cash handling and store safety
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures

Job Duties

  • Lead each store shift and manage team operations
  • Deploy and guide baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • Ensure consistent preparation of food and beverages to Starbucks standards
  • Maintain store safety and security protocols
  • Handle cash transactions accurately
  • Coach and train team members on operational procedures and customer experience
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
