Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Six months of experience in customer service roles
- Six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating at least two employees
- Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Delegate tasks effectively to employees and coordinate team activities
- Ensure store safety and security during shifts
- Foster positive customer interactions and build community relationships
- Lead by example to inspire teamwork and compliance with company standards
