Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
  • six months of customer service experience
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications
  • six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • six months of experience managing or delegating tasks to employees
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • familiarity with retail operations
  • quick learner with effective problem-solving skills
  • ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts effectively ensuring all store operations run smoothly
  • coach and prepare team members to uphold Starbucks quality standards
  • ensure compliance with store policies including cash handling and safety protocols
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
  • engage with customers to create a welcoming and positive environment
  • manage inventory and ensure proper food and beverage preparation
  • address and resolve operational issues promptly
