Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- six months of customer service experience
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications
- six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- six months of experience managing or delegating tasks to employees
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- familiarity with retail operations
- quick learner with effective problem-solving skills
- ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
Job Duties
- Lead shifts effectively ensuring all store operations run smoothly
- coach and prepare team members to uphold Starbucks quality standards
- ensure compliance with store policies including cash handling and safety protocols
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
- engage with customers to create a welcoming and positive environment
- manage inventory and ensure proper food and beverage preparation
- address and resolve operational issues promptly
