Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and provide quality products
  • Six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • At least six months of supervisory or task delegation experience
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Effective oral communication abilities
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations during shifts
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of two or more employees
  • Ensure quality beverage and food preparation
  • Maintain store safety and cash handling procedures
  • Coach and train partners on customer service and product preparation
  • Foster a welcoming and collaborative team environment
  • Manage scheduling and shift coverage as needed
