Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, quality beverages and food products, and store safety and security
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

  • Lead and support shift operations to maintain high store standards
  • Coach and prepare team members on beverage and food preparation according to standard and customized recipes
  • Manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
  • Delegate tasks effectively to coordinate the work of two or more employees
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment
  • Enforce store operating policies and standards
