Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, quality beverages and food products, and store safety and security
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
