Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality food and beverage preparation, cash handling, store safety and security
- Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
