Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality control, cash handling, and safety
  • Minimum six months experience interacting directly with customers
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Minimum six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • Ability to direct work of others
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of store operations including cash handling and safety
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts by managing store operations and team performance
  • Ensure quality customer service and product preparation
  • Motivate and support baristas and team members
  • Handle cash and oversee store safety procedures
  • Maintain a positive and calm work environment
  • Train and coach partners on beverage recipes and customer service
  • Communicate effectively with team and customers
